Refund Policy
We put in efforts to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, missing products with reference to the order, replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery.

- In case of any discrepancy in receipt ( parcel not received but status updated as delivered) the same should be notified within 24 hours of receiving any notification, failing which, the claim stands as null & void. We will not be able to escalate the issue with the shipping partners beyond 24 hours for reconciling/ tracing from the time of receipt of any notification.
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Sukham handmade
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return request has been accepted, the replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
- No refunds are given for orders cancelled due the delays in courier service, we shall escalate the issue with our logistics partners and do the best for delivery.
