Shipping Policy

All products are shipped directly from our warehouse based in Pondicherry. We are associated with reputed logistic partners to help with quicker deliveries.

1. The proof of delivery should be signed when you receive the order. If you are not available to collect the order, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
2. Sukham handmade takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.
3. Coupon codes, gift cards, promotional codes, affiliate codes or discount codes are applicable only on the products. The discount is not applicable on shipping charges, combos, or any ongoing offers.
4. 75/- for all prepaid  (Applicable for COD & Prepaid Orders).
5. 100/- default charges for COD.
