Damages After Delivery
Sukham Handmade is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
Damaged / Missing Products
If the product is received in a damaged condition such as:

Broken

Leakage

Any other damage

Missing products with reference to the order
Replacement will be processed only if:

The issue is informed within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Proper video proof of unboxing is provided.

Parcel Marked Delivered but Not Received
If the parcel is marked as delivered but not received:

The issue must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

Failing which, the claim will be considered null and void.
We will not be able to escalate the issue with shipping partners beyond 24 hours from the time of delivery notification.
Return & Exchange Approval
All return and exchange requests are subject to checking and approval by Sukham Handmade.
Non-Covered Damages
The following are not covered under this policy:

Replacement Processing Time
Once the return request is approved, the replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
Courier Delays
No refunds will be given for orders cancelled due to delays in courier service.
We will escalate the issue with our logistics partners and make every effort to ensure delivery.
